1/2-day mediations are based on pre-mediation preparation and 4 hours of mediation time. Time that exceeds the 4 hours of mediation time (not including pre-mediation preparation), is billed at a rate of $350.00 per hour.
Full day mediations are based on pre-mediation preparation 8 hours of mediation time. Time that exceeds the 8 hours of mediation time (not including pre-mediation preparation), is billed at a rate of $350.00 per hour.
Please Note: If there are more than two parties, mediation fees will vary depending on the number of parties and the complexity of the case.
Please Note: The initial rates are based on pre-mediation preparation and the hours of mediation listed. If time exceed the hours scheduled, then the rate would increase to the next level. For example: If a 2-hour mediation is scheduled, and the time exceed 2 hours (not including pre-mediation preparation), then the rate would be increased as if it was a
4-hour mediation. If time exceeds the 8-hour mediation, then the parties will be billed at a rate of $350.00 per hour).
